Im so lost please help me

I feel like my girlfriend doesnt love me anymore. Or she ever did. I feel like she is just dating me so she can say "i pulled alot of people" and shes always with one of her friends and she can openly hold her hand but not mine. Why. She can openly hug her but not me. Why. Why is this happening to me. I walked into the IT room today at lunch and i was like almost crying and she didnt even care. Shes my girlfriend. She only talks to me over the phone and i feel like she doesnt care anymore. This os really affecting me. Please can i talk to someone.
