I did a very awful job during my return demonstration and I messed up very badly so now I think my prof hates me

Last last week, we had a return demo for oral medication. My CI assigned me to a shift but I completely messed up the orders of the medicine. When it was already my time to demonstrate, I forgot to have my CI check for the medicine before giving it to the acting patient. She gave me a glare and checked my medicine and medicine booklet, then she judged how I didn't encircle the medicines I was suppose to administer and that's when I realized that I completely messed up the order of the medicine. I prepared the medicine I wasn't supposed to and didn't for some medicine I was supposed to. So it looked like I didn't prepare at all, so I panicked because they're already shouting at me. They asked me how I was able to reach college when I can't even read proper instructions and that I should've just ditched school if I can't have my mind present. This Monday, I have to see them again and submit an incident report. I am very nervous right now. I don't know where to start or what to do. Thank you for reading this even though I couldn't properly convey what happened so it must've been hard to understand.
I know that feeling very well. Just relax and submit the IR. Just keep in mind that medication error is a serious mistake. Always check the meds 3x.
Return demonstration can be scary and I don鈥檛 think your CI hates you. 馃槉
Take a deep breath.

Best time to make mistakes is whilst you are learning. Guarantee you will never make the same mistake again. Chin up x

@DS1980 thank you very much. I know I shouldn't beat myself up for making rookie mistakes so I will try to learn as much as I can while I am still learning.

@Meldy Definitely do not overthink things. The past cannot be changed but your attitude will take you a long way in your future.
