Me too, i mostly listen to the plethora of problems my buds have but they never listen to me back, they'll ask for help for certain things but they never ask how are you doing. But you can vent here, I'll listen to your problems

Most people are shallow. They aren't very interested in other people and would rather just get their work done and go home and watch tv. That's just the way it is. Some deep people are out there but they're rare and you'll click with them when you find them.
