@Fertilization Apparently during one of my yearly checkups I was diagnosed or something. My memory is iffy so I could just be not remembering it? Doctors are scary for me so I just get out of there as fast as possible.
What makes it terrible though is the fact that I don’t have OCD, I know I don’t. I just struggle with intrusive thoughts and anger sometimes. I don’t have a need to do something a certain amount of times or anything. It’s literally just anxiety.
