Have you ever known what you needed to do, but couldn't push yourself to do it because you knew it would hurt the people you care about?

But is it really worth the sacrifice? To live in a lie or let others be deceived continually, is that kindness? Personally I gravitate towards situations where I can be honest and upfront. Where I feel I have to stay mum, I move away from that.
