It sounds like to me that you really want to experience new things and see new places. It sounds like you feel stuck doing the same stuff different day. Its great that you want to change your life. My advice is to try an new hobby. At your age its really hard to do what you want to do because you legally cant do what you want without permission or money. Since you have acess to the internet , look on youtube for free videos on how to learn stuff from home. I learnt how to do different hair styles and learnt singing through free youtube videos when I were around your age and my parents wouldnt pay for me to take lessons.
