You're enough

Ignoring people's judgement is always hard. Knowing from experience, I know how awful can it get. But always try to take a more positive perspectives in this kind of situation. It's hard and of course it can't just be done overnight, but it is possible. Keep in mind that opinions are not facts or truth, and opinions can't change it(facts and truth about you, wich is that you're wondeful). You don't have to change yourself, your personality, yours looks or anything for others. Expressing sadness is completely normal and nothing to be ashamed about. Everyone gets sad at some points and sadness is a human emotion wich is, therefore, completely normal to express when feeling it. Not expressing sadness can just lead to you keeping too much issues to yourself and not being able to open up, by wich you're just making it worse and not being able to get amy kinds of help oftently. Expressing sadness won't make you look weak, stupid, weird, not cool, bad or anything. And if someone thinks that, it's their problem that they can't recognise normal human emotions for anyone but themselves. Being yourself means being happy, wich is completely normal for any human being. If people are too blinded or brainwashed, it's not your fault for being yourself, but theirs.
