social anxiety

in class we had to do something on one google slide and we looked at it together but then my teacher said that we had to explain it but i have severe social anxiety and i couldnt say anything and i was trying to hold in my tears and now i just want to disappear i swear i will never forget this ☹️

Practice makes perfect. If social anxiety is your biggest concern, it’s best to work your way up. Best to rehearse presentations over and over until you get it.
