I can't stop self-harming. But it's actual self harm.It doesn't cut, doesn't scar, it only hurts a little. I count as S/H, but is it really??

Self harm was mainly referring to scars from self infliction with sharp objects.

Self destructive habits /behaviours is a general definition of all the possible self destructive things we can do to ourselves.

What makes it self destructive entirely depends on your motivation and reason for the behaviour.
