My strict parents caught me drunk

Ok so i need help.
I was at a family party and i drank beer and wine and i got fucked up. I drank until i couldnt speak and my parents saw that (my mom and my step dad) then my mom took me in the house and i started to cry and vent to her about my biological father which i shouldnt have done. She took my phone and now she will not let me leave the house not even for my piano lessons what do i do :(( i also wanna meet up with my boyfriend please help me give me some ideas
