He already has a girlfriend

I’ve had a crush on one of my friends for a while now and promised myself that I’d tell him before summer break which is in about a week. I was about to tell him over the phone yesterday but was really glad I didn’t because I found out that he’s already seeing a girl today. He seemed happy to finally be with a girl he likes, he got rejected pretty hard on Valentine’s Day by one of my other friends. If anything I’m happy for him, he deserves someone to talk to, I know he’s had it rough. I don’t think I’m ever going to tell him or that he’s ever going to find out. I’m ok with being a supportive friend, and happy for him.

Yeah, I did the same exact same thing with a female friend that I had a big crush on and guess what? Her and one of my other friends had their first kiss right in front of me when we all went out bowling together. My blood boiled, but I did the good friend thing and was very supportive. Three months later and they broke up. Never, ever hold back from telling your crush your honest feelings even if it risks your friendship! You could have made him even happier than the girl he was with.

@Unholymanswers it was the last day of school today, couldn’t do it, he was too happy. Still took the subway home together though and wished him a good summer before parting ways
