Feel like I can’t communicate

Sometimes I wish people could understand me. I wish that I knew how to put into words how I feel so people could easily understand what I’m trying to say. Otherwise I just come across totally wrong to what I’m trying to feel? I don’t know if this makes sense? I just wish I knew what to say to express my feelings.
