No please don’t. I’m trying to slim down a bit and it’s hard to think positively about yourself while doing it. But the last thing you ever want to do is not eat.
If you’re desperate to lose weight or slim down (two very different things) take it slowly and one step at a time, go on walks outside a bit more, drink a bit more water, think about the nutritional value of the food you’re eating instead of counting calories. (Example: Peanut butter is super healthy in good fats and protein even though it can be high in calories)
Do not starve yourself. Start with accepting yourself, believing in yourself and follow a comfortable weight loss / slim down schedule. Love yourself through everything, I’m here if you need to talk
