I'm killing myself my face arms and legs are bleeding because i scratched myself up. I cant fix my glasses because i cant see. Im stranded in my car

I can't see to drive. I cant get the screw back in my glasses. I have nothing to hold it in place and they wont stay on my face. I lost the screw too. Ive been screaming at the top of my lungs punching and scratching myself up. My face is bleeding by my right eye and my arms and legs are too.

I don't know what to do so I'm thinking about driving blind or jumping into traffic
