Mom living with my ex

I need someone to vent to my mom has been living with my ex and she calls me up crying and says shes sorry i told her him or me and she says i cant do that i say why she says that im unhappy either way what should i do im not ok with this at all do you think theres something more shes hidin should i just block her plz help

Everyone is adults so you can’t control your mom and she can’t control you anymore.
