They literally ruin anything-

Intrusive thoughts suck ass.
I could be having fun then BOOM it comes out of no where. That damn terrible thought.

Like bro no one wants you here, no one invited you.

Honestly I should just go to bed earlier. I feel like that later I stay up the more prone I am to these thoughts.

I found though that one way to help these thoughts is to go “I’ll worry about that tomorrow.” Or something. It kinda works tbh.
