Hi Millie, I Just want to say I have been there.

at the age of 14 going to 16 I felt exactly the same, girl when I tell you I got depressed I am not lying. I wouldnt eat, drink and mostly isolated myself it was really hard. I just want to say that it will be like this dont worry, there are days you will feel weak and angry and annoyed but keep in mind of what always makes you happy.

your happiness is your happy place, a place where no one can enter. try new things like paining for fun or writing all your frustrations not in a book but somewhere someone can see and relate

Not 12.
I believe you when you say you have issues.
Find better ways to get help. You can do it.

It's ok to tell someone you changed your mind, it's not your fault if someone treats you badly. Sometimes you have to make a big change to improve your life. If you want to live with dad, tell him and say why. It's important to open up about why, so he knows what you are going through. Adults can be clueless sometimes about what is going on.

As for problems with school, tell your dad. Maybe you can do online school for a year or two until you go to high school or something. I had a cousin do that when he got bullied a lot in high school and his schoolwork suffered. He did so well with online school. He was way less stressed, did better, gained confidence, and had time for a part time job, and hung out with his best friends without drama involved.

I'd join a martial arts gym. You'll make friends, feel good about yourself, build confidence extremely fast, and learn to defend yourself.
