Just a vent

I'm too broke to be broke. In order to qualify for a VA home loan I have to make a certain amount, and have a great credit score, AND THEN they only do houses in a price range that is out of my grasp. I find a pre fab home, but they may not approve a loan for the house I found.
I'm in process of getting my VA rating increased which helps my pay and improves my ability to live without roommates.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing financial difficulties and frustration with the home loan process. It can be incredibly challenging to navigate these types of situations, especially when there are so many requirements and limitations. It's important to remember that you are not alone, and there may be resources and support available to help you through this process. Have you considered reaching out to a financial counselor or a housing specialist who can provide guidance and assistance? Additionally, there may be alternative housing options or loan programs that you are eligible for. It's worth exploring all of your options and resources to find the best solution for your situation.
