Just a vent

I'm too broke to be broke. In order to qualify for a VA home loan I have to make a certain amount, and have a great credit score, AND THEN they only do houses in a price range that is out of my grasp. I find a pre fab home, but they may not approve a loan for the house I found.
I'm in process of getting my VA rating increased which helps my pay and improves my ability to live without roommates.

We are all in the same boat . Uk houses prices and rents are now so high their going to see a rise in the homeless where the average family dont earn enough to afford to buy or even rent . The price of living has rocketed even 2 people working cant earn enough unless their highly qualified jobs . Your not alone at all . I am living in one room in a geust house because I cant afford a place of my own . Every geust house in the town is the same their all full with people who cant afford a home of their own .The average rent in the town has gone from 4 50 to 500 pound a month to 750 pound or more a month thats 50 percent and house prices have risen by the same percentage .

@Rhode57 here in America for a while they could not legally evict so landlords were losing a ton of money I don't know if that's the case in the UK or not but now they're trying to make up for it. Not sure about the housing situation

@Rhode57 of course a lot of people probably didn't even try to pay rent, did they really think they were going to catch up tens of thousands of dollars?
