Find another source of calcium which is non-dairy, substitute fruit juice for milk on cereals and you should be fine.

@IlikeToVent I have never tried it, but chocolate and orange taste nice together, so maybe its worth sampling. If its not nice you can always drink the OJ and eat the choccy stuff separately.

@Xalvadora omg I used to eat hot chips all the time when I was younger too
I have digestive issues since about 6ish years now. Started lactose free milk about 6 months ago. What a difference. I can drink it anytime night or day. What a great beverage.

This may or may not help you, but I find that fermented dairy foods are easier to digest.
