I think I'm anorexic?? Idk you tell me ig

I'm 14.. I think I'm anorexic?? Idk but for the past 2 months I've lost over 30 pounds, I can't eat more than one meal a day and I almost cried when I couldn't eat more of the lunch I bought myself in public... I've been checking my weight daily and it's gone down each time, I've tried to help myself but I can't, I used to be able to eat almost everything given to me, now I can't eat chicken, spaghetti, smokies, and more without puking because of the smell and taste... My hair went from nice and thick to thin and large amounts of it falling out daily... My friend pointed out how pale I was today, and how prominent my eye bags are... I can't with like rn
