Honestly one way I learned to not care about what others think, and to get confident is by understanding that other people rlly don’t care. Others are too caught up in their own life to care.
You might get a few looks some might even say things, but just remember that that person doesn’t know you personally. They have no idea what you do, who you are, what you are like. So their opinion doesn’t matter and is irrelevant.
Of course you also have to learn how to love and accept yourself aswell.g
For me personally life is too short to constantly worry about others opinions. I have better things to do. So do you. Don’t waste your time on them.
Srry if this doesn’t help much. I suck at giving actual good advice.

self confidence comes from self acceptance and self love. Be kind to others, and in doing so, teach yourself to be kind to yourself as well. Then you will feel confident.

@IlikeToVent That is absolutely the worst response. Learn to respect yourself and others will come around.

like someone else mentioned, it all starts with loving yourself. I'd imagine you'd feel unstoppable once you do

It takes time for clarity in thoughts and words; maturity in habits and actions.
