Almost mid 30’s
Im already at the edge of my life. Struggling too hard by myself, pity every thing i do, cried everynight

Puh-lease! You have ALL of the rest of your life right in front of you! Erase that perception of "fresh age societal acceptance norm" from your mind (most likely, it is wrong), make your bucket list of your dreamlife and start ticking it into your reality!
Now is the time, when you can still do everything (have the energy and health) ! Not in 10,15,20 years... Have all the fun in life from now!
When you are content, you won't care about your age, neither will others, because awesomeness doesn't fit into specific age brackets... it can be in you at every second of your life!
Live life in your most awesome way, make all the changes you want, the rest is irrelevant
