Ya I know but in normal conversation I don't think about what words mean in other countries. 😂
Never been to the UK. Hope to go in the next few years. I grew up consuming lots of UK TV before and it was cool to do so.

[u]ALWAYS[/u] save your "Explanation of Benefits" papers the insurance company sends you. You can use these to dispute (or verify) the charge.

The real rub here is that if you pay them for the "under billing",.... there is little to no chance that the amount you pay them will be counted towards your deductible.

I USED to have a similar problem with a dental office... I met with the dentist and informed him that if his front office staff couldn't bill me correctly, I would find a new dentist. Next time I went... the entire front office staff and the office manager had all been replaced. I still see the same dentist.
