How do I stop feeling bad about my college course?

I picked the course I love and passionate about but I always feel bad that I got it easier because of how my friends boast how much they struggle with theirs. At first, I really felt sympathetic because, as they say, they can't even sleep and have a lot of projects to do but it got old. "Are you guys free this day?"-> " There's no free time in *their course*" or "your course have a lot of free time" or "at least you don't have to do any projects"or "lucky for you, you don't to struggle with anything". I would, sometimes say my struggles but they'd reply with how their course is harder. Is it just my pride? Or am I getting tired of being invalidated? I do have really low self esteem and I feel bad just thinking&writing this.

Sometimes it may feel that way, but I think is better if you follow your dreams and do what you really want. If you feel invalidated by your friends, you should talk to them and tell them how you feel.
