At your age, most are fighting to keep their heads above water in a tempest of conflicting forces.
You are at an age where you are expected to act like an adult, but you're new at it. Hormones are still raging. You are an individual but want approval from your fellow travelers. You feel pressured by expectations and often don't know where you want to go or how to get there if you do.
It's scary. And it's quite normal.
When an egg hatches and the dewy tiny chick emerges, it's entering a battle. So are you, in a way. How awful if some huge clomping boot smashed down on the little miracle and ended all potential.
Hang in there, chickie! Honest, you WILL figure out how to navigate the barnyard.
