Is it appropriate for a Man to Vent?

Should a Man be allowed to vent about the obstacles, difficulties & frustrations in his life or is he supposed to just keep them bottled up inside and act like nothing bothers him?

People judge and say what others can and cannot frigging do. People should judge themself before saying things to and about other people..

Look guys should be able to vent, cry and other things if they want to especially if they are annoyed, angry and upset..that kinda thing and nothing wrong with that just like men and women should be able to swear if they want to haha :P

Also sometimes venting, crying and things like that help you feel better when you have done that.

Women can be strong aswell and not really talk if something is bothering them but eventually sometimes too much to handle for both men and women so if that happens beat to ask or talk to someone maybe a parent or someone you can really talk to [/c][/b][/i][/u][/center][/big]
