Is it appropriate for a Man to Vent?

Should a Man be allowed to vent about the obstacles, difficulties & frustrations in his life or is he supposed to just keep them bottled up inside and act like nothing bothers him?

Just so everyone knows, I don't personally need advice on this topic. Just curious to hear other peoples opinions on it.

I am okay with that. They can vent as long they vent it properly. Because men can be physical sometimes. Engaging fight or harming. No no no no. Not to living things.

You can smash tvs or couch just not on people. I've seen men raging and almost got hit or fight when they got mad which I have no clue what they mad about.

And of couse don't bottle up your feelings.
