Is it appropriate for a Man to Vent?

Should a Man be allowed to vent about the obstacles, difficulties & frustrations in his life or is he supposed to just keep them bottled up inside and act like nothing bothers him?

I acknowledge everyone's feelings unless I think they are POS, all genders.

It is sad that we live in a world that dismisses men's emotions.

To be honest it is safer for men and women to be extremely realistic in their expectations. Oversharing is also a problem in the wrong context.

I used to pour my heart out here. This place isn't right for me to be vulnerable .

@Miram Yeah, I don't share personal issues unless I know it isn't going to affect me in a way that would hinder a desired result I'm trying to achieve. But overall I don't vent or complain anymore because it makes a Man unattractive.
