Is it appropriate for a Man to Vent?

Should a Man be allowed to vent about the obstacles, difficulties & frustrations in his life or is he supposed to just keep them bottled up inside and act like nothing bothers him?

Just so everyone knows, I don't personally need advice on this topic. Just curious to hear other peoples opinions on it.

I only do it on SW or places where I am probably never going to see those people again. Also to therapists I do this. At work or for friends I keep it in.

There is a japanese saying that there are three faces: the face you show everyone, the face you show to people you are close to, and the face you dont show anyone.

@orioninthenight I believe the Japanese saying is wrong because you should always be yourself should never ever hide. That’s why the Japanese are always hide.

@orioninthenight I own my own company and I’m very dry and I’m very honest I just do it in a polite way. I have a little over 100 employees everybody knows where I stand.
