Is it appropriate for a Man to Vent?

Should a Man be allowed to vent about the obstacles, difficulties & frustrations in his life or is he supposed to just keep them bottled up inside and act like nothing bothers him?

Yes expectations on men like not showing emotions and always being strong and "providers" are stupid and only lead to depression, suicide, domestic violence or shootings.

Be you and be human. Don't buy into this crappy definition of what it means to be a man. Masculinity is a term every man has to define for himself.
