Is it appropriate for a Man to Vent?

Should a Man be allowed to vent about the obstacles, difficulties & frustrations in his life or is he supposed to just keep them bottled up inside and act like nothing bothers him?

Allowed? How are you going to stop him?
Everyone should have the right to complain and vent but the same way should everyone have the right to cut them at the point they just start to spread aggression and negative energy instead of trying to find reasonable solutions.
