Is it appropriate for a Man to Vent?

Should a Man be allowed to vent about the obstacles, difficulties & frustrations in his life or is he supposed to just keep them bottled up inside and act like nothing bothers him?

Edit**

Just so everyone knows, I don't personally need advice on this topic. Just curious to hear other peoples opinions on it.

yes. because that is how men become silent and resentful. they should be heard. That is what causes heart attacks.

@akindheart see you’re a lady that understands that a man can talk in voice his opinion to his partner as long as it’s respectful good on you😊

@Funlov Absolutely. I also understand about being a helpmate and not a burden. I can carry my own weight. and i do.

@akindheart and I truly believe you do just from the stuff I read in your comments I believe you’re a very strong lady my mother is one, so is my ex-wife very strong people. I think one of the things that are tracks me to a lady is her strength independence for me.

@Funlov after my divorce, i decided i would be entirely independent. when you become dependent on someone, you give your power away. i had to stay married to try to get out of college to support my 2 kids. at that point, i left and I can make my own decisions.

@akindheart for me I started dating my wife in junior high we just grew apart, but at the same time we spent more time together and married the most people ever do but today she’s one of my closest friends, and I would not change out for anything

@akindheart so my ex wife is an accountant believe it or not she does my books for my company she knows exactly what I make a year and I have no problem with that. That’s how close we are no messy divorce no name-calling just separated.

@akindheart no for sure not everybody’s good I just don’t have a bad thing to say about this lady and unfortunate and so are the girls she’s remarried now it’s all good. Everybody gets along makes life a little easier, but I understand where you’re coming from. I’ve seen it with friends.
