They dont need to worry abt me ill be okay.

I feel like my parents and friends are starting to catch up more and more on my mental health. Lately they been calling me depressed and lately they've been telling my grandma. Etc. And now even my grandma checks on me everyday. I mean i get it, i may not be okay but seriously
How do i prove them im okay. I dont want them to be worried abt me. I mean i could just fake it, by smiling or sum- 💀

Please don't fake it, that might just create problems in the future
I don't know how to help you or what exactly to say but maybe have a deep talk with your family etc if you're comfortable with that? Try to explain them how you feel, or how they're making you feel. Just try to communicate with them, I hope it will help. Because faking or lying isn't really helpful and as I said before, it will create more problems.
Either way, if you're not feeling good, I hope you will feel better❤️
