Tw, vent abt loss and addiction

I feel so alone
So empty
I havent reached out to friends in awhile, they haven't either. Im kinda tired of being the one to reach out first.
I dont want to be replaced again
Or have addiction be the reason i lose someone again. I also dont want to be pressured into it but i already have been just to fit in.
