I dont know what to do lol

I started dating my now boyfriend at the start of the year, and well i thought i was in love with him ion even kno anymore. I thought i loved him but i dont, i cant love someone like him. Hes neglected me, stopped caring about me, ignored me, ect. It hurts, i thought he loved me. I thought i loved him, and now i cant bring myself to end it between us, i am afraid that i will regret it later. I js dunno wat to do at this point, i dunno if what im doing is wrong or if im just beig selfish.
