some thoughts

Some people are good at hiding how they are really feeling.. so maybe its a great idea to ask how she is doing and to ask if she is really ok after everything that has happened but we not knowing details of the two of you we cannot really say but always good to not judge someone on how they act, look and seem to be as I said that some hide how they feel and I should know 😉 as I laugh, smile and make jokes..seem happy to people in life but actually I might be upset, sad, depressed and more.

Some do truly move on quicker, some hold in their hurt more and disguise it. I promise, somewhere, if there is much of this difference in how you are both responding, the hurt you are feeling now is less than what it would be in the future. You are finding out the differences between you two, and those matter

There’s no telling how she really feels unless she explains it herself. I hide my pain really well. I’m sorry you are hurting. Feeling left behind is yucky 🫂

Well honestly because you dont matter or in other words you dont belong in the world you want to be included in. Your presence is important to you but in your viewpoint only, in hers its not counted.

Choice you have to make is to make your absence felt or feel the absence
