title bc yes

when i go to therapy, i hate it… i feel like the way they work isnt “right” for me. (not saying their work is terrible..!! i think their great but yk..) but mostly, i think its my fault that therapy sucks bc im never honest with the therapist and never say whats on my mind which is why i want therapy so its this whole jumble of sh!t :.

Start slow with being honest about yourself, then gradually take note in a journal... then read it to your therapist.

@LoveRetail thank you i will do my best to be honest to my therapist. it means a lot that someone is telling me to take my time bc everyone else tells me to just spit it out. ty <33
