i had a break up last night at 2 am worts feelings and after almost 2 years od relationship i feel hopeless and miserable with myself and i dont know what to do anymore everything feels so empty she was also my best friend and idk i feel this constant feeling in my stomach i can barely eat or sleep and istg if someone asks me if im fine im just gonna explode atp
