What should I do?

Hi im not good at socializing and i need help so i have a friend whos personality is shitty but i can't do much since we have same class and we sit next to eachother she would always find a way to insult me whenever she can and she seems to a social person easily making friend she has also insulted my mom signature tbh i want to give her bad luck but i don't even wanna bother with her at this point I really wish someone would try and become friends with me
