I want someone to notice me

I feel like everyone around me is so sick of me. I'm a disappointment to everyone, and nobody actually enjoys talking to me because I'm a weirdo. I cant do anything right and I cant ever stop pushing people away from me, its a horrible habit. All I wish is that one people would show that they care for me, they would actually listen to what I have to say.
