Am I The Asshole.

Hello, I uh, really havent done this before, nor do I know how this works. Basically, me and my 2 friends had a bet, that was, well, a decent one. We promised eachother that whoever lost has to stop doing a thing for a few days, nothing serious. I thought it was just for fun. Now, the thing is, I won this bet. The other 2 lost. They were salty a bit, but thats expected. And basicaly, one of them, broke that promise they made. The very next hour after the bet. The one thing I hate the most is breaking promises. I wasn't having a great time that day, ngl, and I went off on them for a bit because they broke that promise. Now, that friend of mine didnt give a shit, and because this friend wont keep their promise, friend 2 also does not want to. And that just added salt to the wound, making me go even madder on friend 1. Now I feel extremely sad and guilty? What should have I done? Am I the Asshole?
