HOW DO I STOP HURTING PEOPLE PHYSICALLY???!!?

I FCKING SLAPPED ONE OF THE GUYS IN MY CLASSROOM JUST BECAUSE HE WAS SO NOISY AND DIDNT LISTEN TO THE PRESIDENT AND I THINK I HIT HIM NEAR THE SPINAL CORD CONNECTION. HE MIGHT TELL OUR TEACHER OR HIS PARENTS IDK WHAT TO DO TO SAY SORRY. I ALSO SLAPPED 2 GUYS WITH CHALK ON MY HAND FOR THE SAME REASON 😭😭😭😭😭
