What should i do when i get sexual harassment ?

This is the second time and it's done by the same person . He approach me and said " hey (my name) , (his friend name) said your b00bs are big" , he said it while laughing and smiling . At first i just didn't care much but the second time he did it is really disgusting. He said to me today , "(my name) , (his friend name) said he wanted to see you n4ked" and again... he is laughing and smiling while saying that disgusting thing. I just stare at him , disgusted. What should i do ..... I want to punch him with a rock till he unconscious but that will make me got in to counseling . Please .. what should i do if he does it again..

every time he approaches you, start openly recording him on your phone. take anything you get to human resources and have it documented. don't show anger but be unflinching. he will become the example of why no one harasses you at work.

You need to say something bluntly and be angry, tell him not to fucking talk to you like that or just to piss off in general. Embarrass him, tell management or HR.
