parents and school

Do u ever get the feeling that your parents don't try to understand you? Like, I offered my help to buy dinner but they just rejected it, saying that they can't trust me to look after myself. I was just trying to help but they just can't trust me. When I just finished my Science exams today and couldn't finish, I told my mom and she just asked me why I didn't study. I pretty sure sitting at my table making notes until 11pm is counted as studying. She says I am watching too much shows and wants me to stop. She cleary doesn't understand I need chill time. Furthermore, I am in one of the top secondary schools in my country and the workload is crazy. I have to learn stuff that in normal secondary schools, people learn a few years later.`While I love my school and all, the stress is just too high
