I'm so stressed about everything. I'm shaking, crying, literally hard to breathe all the time. There's also too much anger accumulated in mind. I can't let it out. Nobody bothered to ask if I'm okay.
I also have moments where I need to let that built in anger out. What I do is just draw or make a mess in a paper like scribbling lines or cutting it with a pocket knife or tear the corners of it. Just anything, let it all out on it. Please refrain from doing something harmful to yourself tho! It’s not gonna really help, it’ll make things worse. I hope this will help you somehow, stay strong. We all have different issues and I don't know how to help your situation but why not turn the anger into love? Make someone's day or put a nice comment, help someone, idk.
