My girlfriend is confusing me

My girlfriend is being super affectionate with other people, and while I know its her character and she’s just like that naturally she’s also kinda showing less interest in me. My friends say it’s all in my head but I know when something’s off and idk how to confront the problem..? I also don’t want to ask her to be more affectionate w me because then it’ll feel forced and worthless. I’m torn
