I'd just bring it up that you're not feeling secure in the relationship, and explain how it looks to you, and hopefully you'll at least get an explanation, if not change. I get that it feels crap to do, but she'll never know how you feel until you let her know. Better that than let resentment grow between you for things left unsaid.
