I knew I was right not to let my guard down around my catty gossiping coworkers.

Never get too comfortable around people because they will back stab and talk about you the first change they get. I work my butt off every day at work, often staying much longer than I'm supposed to and coming in on my off days.

But the one time I get off task for a few minutes I have someone creeping quietly over my shoulder and I hear her go and start telling my other coworkers about it.

"That's the great work shes doing." I'd be very surprised if shes never checked something non work related all the time she's been working here. But the boss likes me and people seem eager to see me fail. Why can't women just be kind to each other?
