As the days goes by, things are getting more harder and painful. I dont know how im going to start again

Christmas time is not good time for everyone, for lots of us it stirs up feelings, memories, that make Christmas a tough time starting again is a pain in the arse ,start of with small changes concentrate on what you can do instead of dwelling on what you cant .happy hols you can do it enjoy a lazy Sunday 🙃
